Automotive Materials

Green Energy
In many green energy facilities, such as solar power generation modules, wind driven generators, etc., adhesives/sealants are often used for adhesion between structural components. However, when they expose to intense sunlight over long period of time, it is easy to create some problems such as yellowing, chalking, aging etc... Everlight Chemical provides one series of yellowing-resistant and weather-resistance enhanced UV absorbers and light stabilizers to effectively block ultraviolet light and protect the resin on the adhesive layer. Not only solve basic weather resistance problem but also reinforce the efficacy of adhesive/sealant.

Industrial Materials
There are a wide variety of adhesives and sealants used for industrial materials, ranging from the simplest white glues to UV curing adhesives, instant glues, structural adhesives, metallic and heterogeneous adhesives, silica gels and modified silica gels adhesives. As adhesives and sealants are exposed to an environment with light, heat, oxygen and moisture over a long time, material degradation is inevitable. Everlight Chemical UV absorber and light stabilizer products are capable of meeting the requirement of weather-resistance physical properties in different systems of products (RTV, HMA, oil based and water based).
